  • Tracking runs the entire session and carries 40 percent of the composite; the other channels carry 20 percent each when active.
  • Levels add channels one at a time: tracking alone, then gauges, then radio, then all four, and finally all four faster with heavier drift.
  • A gauge alarm ramps into the red band and waits four seconds; tapping the wrong gauge is a false alarm.
  • Radio calls are spoken aloud, and the three-second response window starts when the voice finishes; your callsign is shown on screen throughout.

Scoring: What a Good Result Looks Like

Each channel scores 0 to 100 from its own ledger, then the composite weights them, renormalised over whichever channels the level ran. Passing needs 55 overall and every channel above the 25-point floor. The result also reports balance, how evenly your channels scored, and names a sacrificed channel when one lands more than 20 points below your average: the signature of tunnel vision, which is precisely what assessors read multitasking blocks for.   1. Stabilise tracking until it is cheap. The channel that never pauses must run on habit; train it solo in the tracking module until smooth corrections need no attention budget.
  2. Adopt a scan rhythm. Track, glance gauges, track, listen-check, on a loop of a few seconds; scheduled attention beats waiting for events to grab you.
  3. Let the ears filter. Listen for your callsign's first word only; deciding on the rest of the sentence burns tracking time on calls that were never yours.
  4. Answer arithmetic in bursts. Read the problem in one glance mid-scan, compute during the next tracking beat, answer on the following pass; camping on the problem kills two other channels.
  5. Add channels the way the levels do. Master each pairing before the full stack; jumping straight to four channels trains panic, not workload management.
  6. Review the balance line. After every run, fix whichever channel the result flags, not the one that annoyed you; the floor rule makes the weakest channel the whole game.
