These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of aviationaptitude.com and app.aviationaptitude.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Aviation Aptitude provides training modules that simulate the style of pilot and air traffic controller aptitude assessments. The Service is a preparation tool: we are not affiliated with any airline, ANSP, DLR, EUROCONTROL or any official testing body, and using the Service does not guarantee success in any selection process.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
3. Free plan and purchases
- The free plan includes limited access (Level 1, one play per module, the diagnostic and tutorials).
- Pro is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the current module catalog for your personal, non-commercial use, on the account used at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar (polar.sh). Polar's terms apply to the transaction itself.
- Refunds: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Contact contact@aviationaptitude.com or request a refund via Polar. Upon refund, Pro access is revoked.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share or resell your account or access; copy, scrape or redistribute test content; reverse-engineer, disrupt or attempt to bypass access controls or entitlements; or use the Service in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
All content of the Service (module designs, questions, scenarios, graphics and software) is owned by Aviation Aptitude or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it within the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add or retire modules and features; lifetime access refers to the ongoing Service as offered, which will not be reduced in a way that materially deprives paid users of its core value.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
